General terms and conditions
Cancellation policy:
- More than 7 day before arrival: free of charge
- 3 - 7 days before arrival: 30% of the booking price
- Less that 3 days before arrival: 30% of the booking price
- In case of later arrival or earlier departure we charge the full price of the room
- The reimbursement of money paid for the reserved room in case of non-arrival is not possible.
- If the reserved room can be sold again, the cancellation costs can be dropped!
We recommend you to order the travel insurance for the case of cancellation.
General terms:
- On the day of departure the room must be left not later than 11.00 o'clock.
- The guests cannot claim for the reservation of the concrete room.
The only court of jurisdiction is Oberwald. The Swiss Law is applicable.
